Terms & Conditions

.: Upon receiving your order, you will receive a conformation email from Solder Solutions indicating your registration has been received. We will also contact you with a detailed quote regarding course requirements (tool and material requirements, etc).

.: For 'On-Site' requested training the student or student representative is responsible for transportation to and from the training site which include flights and a rental car for the duration of the class as well as lodging and meals. If the student is making the arrangements for flights, rental car or lodging, this information must be provided no less than one week prior to the start date for the class. Normal daily meal rates are as follows; Breakfast $10.00, Lunch $15.00 and Dinner $20.00. The instructor will provide receipts for all expenditures.

.: When we receive payment for the course(s) indicated, you will receive an email which will contain the conformation of the following: payment received, class date, course(s) selected, number of students, class start/finish times and your instructors name.

.: Space is limited and filled on a first come – first serve basis. To ensure that space is available and to confirm your enrollment, complete payment must be made two (2) weeks prior to class. Purchase Orders may be issued at any time, but payment must still be made 2 weeks before class. Due to the fact that instructors and supplies are reserved for scheduled classes, the cancellation of classes are subject to non-refundable cancellation fees: 33% if within 2 work weeks, 65% if the class is cancelled without notice. Student substitutions are allowed and any non-refundable tuition may be applied to a future class if completed within 60 days of the original course.

.: Cancellations are allowed three weeks prior to class without any cancellation fees. For cancellations within 3 weeks to 1 week of the class, may incur a substantial penalty, please contact us ASAP.
